ppad email me when the pad has been updated by other users, highlighting changes

it is hard to know if the pad has been updated by other users.
it is hard to find changes, you need to skim/read/try to recall what was existing vs new...

if you could incorporate version tracking, it would show what has changed from the last save point, like github, and email the other authors when a change has been made, perhaps once a day digest of the changes. no changes, no email sent.
