Escaping doesn't work for some special characters in chat

Some special characters (e.g. / becomes / or ') don't get escaped correctly in PrimaryPad chat.

Platform: Gentoo Linux x86_64
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:10.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.1

This is fixed in master, just waiting on site admin to update.

This has been updated and tested the issue is now resolved
