clear down the chat text

At any time during a collaboration on a pad, to be able to clear all the previous chat messages.
Sometimes a pad will be in collaboration for a number of weeks, and previous chat sessions may not be relevant or in fact would be best cleared down

This is not available yet, when the functionality does become available we will implement it.
